Tammy V. Kelly
Tammy began practicing commercial real estate in 2004. She successfully built the Commercial Division of RE/MAX Ability Plus by acquiring dominant market presence on the north side of Indianapolis through networking, community involvement, cold calling, and referrals.
She has built strong relationships that benefit her clients and is creative in matching buyers and sellers. She represents Landlords/Sellers, Tenants/Buyers and investors in the office, retail, industrial and land development markets with focus on completing deals for small to medium size companies.
Tammy provides excellent customer service. Maximizing profit potential, troubleshooting and negotiating involvement through closing are some areas that set her apart. Tammy held a seat on the RE/MAX LLC Global Commercial Advisory Board, is a member of the Zionsville Community Development Corporation and is very engaged with the Indianapolis commercial brokerage community.
In 2021 Tammy started Kelly Commercial Real Estate.

Tammy moved to Zionsville from Boston, MA in 2003. She holds a BS in Marketing/Management from Bentley University, Waltham, MA. She has been married to Scott for 36 years and has two children Camille, 31, Boston, MA and Stephen 29, Carmel, IN.

She lives in Boston and is a graphic designer with 9 years of experience in layout design for publications & marketing materials in customer service and merchandising in the commercial real estate industry. "I grew up in the midwest but the east coast will always have my heart. My love for art, photography, family & friends, Italian food, traveling, and music inspires me everyday to follow my dream as a designer".
